This Privacy Policy describes how NAZALA TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (“Noveloop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the Noveloop website, H5 reading service, or related applications (the “Service”). Waffo Pancake separately handles information needed to provide checkout and transaction services under Waffo Pancake's own privacy notice.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information: email address, account name, account identifier, sign-in and session information, and information provided through a sign-in provider such as Google when you choose that option. We do not receive your Google password.
• Reading and service information: reading progress, reading history, bookmarks, searches, language and display preferences, coin balance, coin use, chapter unlocks, and membership status.
• Device and operational information: device and application version, operating system, language, IP address, network state, request logs, diagnostic information, and security events.
• Support information: messages and other information you choose to send when contacting support.
• H5 purchase and entitlement information: limited transaction information made available to us by Waffo Pancake, such as an order or transaction reference, product and price identifiers, amount and currency, payment status, subscription status and period, and the account or email needed to deliver a purchase and provide support. Waffo Pancake collects payment credentials directly through its checkout; we do not ask you to send card numbers or security codes to us.

2. How we use information

We use information as needed to create and secure accounts; provide reading, coin, and membership features; deliver purchases and maintain entitlements; process support requests and billing questions; detect fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Waffo Pancake and other service providers

When you buy through H5 checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions and processes information needed for checkout, payment, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, subscription management, and transaction support. We receive limited order and subscription information needed to associate the order with your account and deliver the purchased access. Waffo Pancake may process information under its own Privacy Policy. Please review Waffo Pancake's policy for details about its processing.

We may also use Google sign-in, hosting, email delivery, security, and infrastructure providers to operate the Service. We share only information reasonably needed for the provider to perform its service, subject to applicable safeguards and law. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play involve those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website or H5 Service may use essential cookies or local storage to maintain a sign-in session, remember preferences, protect the Service, and complete a checkout return flow. Waffo Pancake checkout may use its own technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, and payment operations. Any optional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, should be described here and presented with the choices required by applicable law before they are enabled.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers, Waffo Pancake, and relevant app stores for the purposes described above; when you direct us to do so; to protect users, rights holders, or the Service; or where required by law or valid legal process. Information may be processed in Hong Kong and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain account and purchase records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements. We then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You can also change some account and reading preferences in the Service or request account deletion by contacting us. We may need to retain transaction records required by law.

Deleting your Noveloop account does not automatically cancel a Waffo Pancake subscription. Cancel renewal separately through the Waffo Pancake customer portal or contact us for assistance. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children who may not legally use it or make purchases without a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy and revise its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
