Refund Policy

This policy applies to coin packs and VIP memberships purchased through the Noveloop H5 checkout. H5 orders are processed by Waffo Pancake after merchant account approval. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled through the relevant store's refund process.

Coin packs

Coin packs are one-time digital purchases. After a coin pack has been delivered to your Noveloop account, the purchase is generally non-refundable, including when some or all of the coins have not been used. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

VIP memberships

Weekly VIP renews automatically every week, and Yearly VIP renews automatically every year, until cancelled. You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us at wangshaojia630@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue to use VIP benefits until that period ends.

The current paid period is generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds for cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling a membership stops future renewal; it does not itself refund the current period.

Billing or delivery problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, did not receive your digital purchase, or did not authorize a transaction, contact us using the email below and include the order or transaction reference and the email used at checkout. You may also use the transaction support link on your Waffo Pancake receipt. We will review the issue and help correct confirmed billing or delivery errors.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or remedy rights for digital content or services. Where a refund is due, it will be handled through the original payment method as required by the applicable process and law.
